Meet Kelly, our dedicated lead dental hygienist, who has been providing exceptional oral health care in Miami for almost 30 years. A proud graduate of the Miami Dade College of Dental Hygiene Program in 1997, Kelly has dedicated her career to advancing her knowledge and skills in the field, focusing on the comprehensive health of teeth, gums, and bone. Her expertise extends to the influences of diet and habits on oral and overall health, with advanced education in non-surgical modalities such as periodontal chemotherapeutics and holistic dentistry.
Originally from South Bend, Indiana, a proud supporter of the Fighting Irish, Kelly has called Miami home for most of her life. She and her husband, J.J., have raised three children here: Taylor, Lauren, and Andrew. Growing up around horses, Kelly found a perfect match for her volunteer spirit at Whispering Manes Therapeutic Horse Farm, where she dedicates her Sundays to caring for the horses and managing barn chores.
Kelly’s commitment to her patients at The Village Dental is deeply personal. She cherishes the long-standing relationships she has built, seeing her patients through various life milestones, just as they have supported her through hers, including all her pregnancies and life’s moments in between. Her approach to dental care is not just about maintaining healthy smiles but nurturing the well-being of every individual she treats.
